MOTHER HUONG

Founder

Our founder and president of the foundation. It is Mother Huong’s heart of love that leads us. She has single-handedly led fundraising and oversight to the Foundation. She still spends hours every day with the children or on the phone with them when traveling for the Foundation.

NGUYEN NGOC HUU HOAI

Deputy Administrative Director

As Deputy Administrative Director, Hoai primarily focuses on managing human resources for serving in the center, event organizing, and establishing interrelation with visitor’s and local authorities. He is also responsible for administrative issues, repairing central facilities.

VO THI THU HONG

Internal control & assistant Director

Hong is our key person when it comes to finance. She works closely with the Director for Finance management at the center, and takes a lead in finance reporting publicly to donors, internal controlling, regularly and periodically involved in problem solving regarding all activities, life, projects of the center.

Nam Nguyen

Director of External Affairs

Nam Nguyen is working with Mother Huong Foundation in the US to help facilitate corporate sponsorship, fundraising events, and speaking engagement for Mother Huong. While his primary goal is helping with fundraising, he is a trusted team member and on the advisory board.

PHAM PHI ANH

Project Development

Phi is our key person when it comes to developing school projects and trainings in community skills who works close in hand with the vice director of operations. Aside keeping himself productively engaged with center’s developmental activities, Phi also plays a vital role in translating documents required for organizing funds, meeting sponsors and all related activities.

NGUYEN THI HUYEN TRANG

Administration, Receipt staff & secretary

Tuan, Thuy & Trang are crucial part of our Admin Staff & Secretary team supporting the Vice Director for Operations regarding recording, storing meeting minutes, taking care of visitors ,reception, recording gifts from donors in collaboration with the warehouse to ensure funded source of goods should be carried fully to the storage depot.

LE VAN TINH

Administration & Personnel

Tinh works along with Vice Director for administration management playing a critical role in managing/ processing information, official documents regarding all activities of administration and personnel of the center, updating relevant information of all children at the center.

NGUYEN THI NGOC MAI

Head of Childminder Affairs

Mai who works with our Vice Director plays a huge role in managing the childminder officers at the center for handling on time meal deliveries to the children, update everything related to health, education and nourishment of all the children at the center. Mai also works along with warehouse admin ensuring that the funded source of goods reaching the storage depot and quality and quantity of essential commodities to all center’s life.

Communication & Media

Hung, Ca & Quan are our key persons related to all digital activities. They work close in hand of the Director for implementing his/her idea regarding event, program organizing at the center. From updating information, pictures, video clips, on website and social networks to broadcasting news to the community about nurturing children activities and achievement of the center, they do a grand part in digital relations of the center. Aside that, they also help us in providing support in repairing and maintaining assets including IT properties for the center.
